Notes: Interior designation consists of first floor interior consisting of the entrance vestibule on Fifth Avenue, the elevator lobby, all the components and fixtures of said spaces, such as surfaces, ceiling surfaces, light fixtures, elevator cabs, elevator doors, doors, grilles and ornamental metal panels. In 1964 building was leased to Swiss Center, who shortly thereafter remodeled the first and second floors, mostly the office and retail space; this renovation did not affect the area that this report specifies other than the glass windows that were placed onto the door.
