Description:
Through a variety of intensive, graduate-level programs, participants at INM study core management disciplines tailored specifically to the not-for-profit sector. INM programs emphasize the importance of deploying resources strategically to fulfill agencies' missions. Because the environment in which these organizations operate is severely resource-constrained and highly competitive, the perspective and tools we give our participants are essential to their agencies' survival and success.::The programs are partly residential, offering intensive periods of study away from the daily pressures of the job, at the Arden Conference Centers in Harriman, New York. The INM scholarship fund enables small to mid sized organizations attend with tuition assistance, based on agency need.
