Description:
Founded in 1990 and based in Jackson Heights, the 82nd Street Partnership (82SP) is a nonprofit neighborhood development company governed by a board of directors comprised of property owners, merchants, government officials and elected leaders. The 82SP is responsible for managing and promoting the local business improvement district (BID), which covers six blocks and includes 44 properties, a triangle plaza, and over 125 ground floor businesses.
